N: Sam Conception music video in Iwate

Sam Concepcion has visited the Iwate Prefecture in Japan to shoot his latest music video! Teaser video, special website and music video of his latest single, “AFTERGLOW” is now open to the public!

Iwate Prefecture is the second largest prefecture in Japan. This prefecture is also known as a beautiful and fertile one because of its amazing nature with both wide mountainous and seaside areas. There are beautiful mountains in Ou and Kitakami mountain ranges like “Mt. Iwate”, the highest mountain in this prefecture that is also known as “Nambu Kata Fuji (the half-side Mt. Fuji in Nambu area)”. There are also lots of splendid scenery of sea like a steep cliff called “Sea Alps”, and ria coasts which has elegant coast lines.


This is a promotional campaign for the tourism of Tohoku Area in Japan in cooperation with the six prefectures in Tohoku area. This project will also produce music videos of famous artists from Southeast Asia. Six famous artists are invited from six different countries of South East Asia such as the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam, to shoot a music video for each prefecture of Tohoku area.

Sam Concepcion, a well-known artist from the Philippines, was invited to shoot around the location of the Iwate Prefecture. He have shot his latest music video with the background of colorful leaves, splendid view of nature, and also traditional spots. It will be available to watch via YouTube and via JNTO’s official website and to Sam Concepcion’s SNS site. The music video will also be widely opened to the public to increase the publicity of Tohoku area and Iwate prefecture in the Philippines.
